We aim to provide our customers with complete satisfaction in the Plaser products we manufacture. All products are fully tested for quality and performance before dispatch.
If you have purchased a Plaser golf swing training aid from us that, for any reason, fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund so long as the following conditions are adhered to:
1. It is returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date, complete, unused and in its original packaging.
2. There are no signs of damage. Please remember that Plaser is a training aid and must not be used to hit golf balls as this could damage the lasers.
3. Make sure that your original proof of purchase is included. It will speed up the returns process if you have your receipt, proof of purchase or delivery note kept in a safe place.
4. Package your goods safely and securely – use the original packaging material if this is possible. We recommend you use an established courier company, with recorded delivery. The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility unless we have sent the wrong item in error. Note that we are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost in transit on their way from you to us.
